Santa Motors I purchased a car on May 23,2016 from Santa Motors East Ridge Rd, Rochester New York. On the 26 of May the car had an awful burning smell/engine light went on car overheated and I had to park it.  Rochester New York

I called and I was told I could NOT bring the car until The following Monday! So the car was not drivable during the four day wait to bring it...and I was NOT offered or given a loaner. I brought the car to a very dilapidated and unacceptable facility. The shop s driveway and surrounding facilities Was/Is a complete junkyard with all junker cars. ONLY ONE BAY...one small beat up garage with ONE BAY. NOONE WAS helpful,Curttious or kind. Once I received the car back two days later the car stalled in the middle of the road. Ha done. At towed at my expense to the shop again. I have now been without a car a total of 12 days and have only had it for 25 days. No loaner and only excuses and defensive behavior from all the workers at Santa. As well as the owner Mary.

I purchased a car for 5500 dollars at Santa Motors on May 23,2016. three days later I smelled an awful burning smell and the engine light went on. a few miles later the car overheated. I immediately parked the car at my home and called. They told me it would be the following Monday 4 DAYS LATER that I could bring it. I was offered no loaner from the salesman the owner or anyone who I informed. On Monday the 30th I brought the car to their automotive shop. I was in shock when I saw the dilapidated junkyard area where tehy fix the cars. It has ONLY ONE BAY and is a small garage. The workers there were anything but helpful with information about the process. They were not courteous, kind or informative. The place is a junkyard with old junker cars everywhere! This is in order to take USED OLD PARTS to put in the cars they sell. According to many other customers online with very similar experiences at Santa Motors. I received the car back...after three days...and after I had to call over and over and keep asking for a update. The person on the phone was very difficult to understand...it sounded like eh had marbles in his mouth...he was aggitated and RUDE in response to my drove the car for no more two days and it stalled in the middle of a busy street while in route. I had the car towed at my expense to the same dilapitated shoP AGAIN. No loaner was offered or even spoken about, in fact the salesamna told me THE CAR IS EXCELLENT! He was defensive rude...and not at all sympathetic or kind with his response. a big difference in attitude than the day he tried to sell me this LEMON! I asked for a car exchange due to lack of confidence in this car that I have had for only 23 days out of which It has been UNDRIVABLE 13 days out of those 23 days! UNDRIVABLE an UNSAFE.car smoking smell burning, overheating, stalling in the middel of traffic. Engine lights oil lights were on one day after I purchased this LEMON. second attempt at fixing  and I have been waiting four days so far...no word...no updates... When I call his excuse is irs a big job. He sounds aggitaed andquite frankly PISSED OFF that I even call to ask. NO LOANER OFFERED STILL...NOT FROM MARY who owns the shop....or the salesman, and I DID ASK. DEFENSIVE RUDE AND UNKIND WERE THE ONLY RESPONSES. 

i am working own better business bureau complaints and LEMON LAWS. THERE ARE FAR TOO MANY OTHERS ONLINE AND ON SOCIAL MEDIA WITH SHOCKING SIMILAR EXPIEREINCES WITH SANTA MOTORS....
