Santander Consumer usa Santander Reposetised car without ever making contact with me. Lied about amout owed, Charged addtional fees that were already paid fort worth texas

this Company aquired my loan from another company. Never notified me repo'd my car required me to pay 3 months of payments that where paid to the company that they aquired my loan from that never returned the money. Told me I had to pay all 3 months incuding a 385 Repo fee or they would not release my vehicle and it would go to auction within 24 hours. Once I paid all 3 Month and the repo fee to had to go to the police department to get addtional papper work to get it released.

Then on my online account they charge me another 385 repo fee and said it was never paid. I talk to a supervisor about the transactions and about adjusting the payments so my account is accourate and once I start explaing to him the numbers are off and there is something wrong he never responseds and keeps me on the line for several minuites without any response as I keep asking him to respond says nothing...
