They are the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. First off they tell you on your trade they can only give you auction price because they only keep the vehicle 30 days. I have them recorded saying that. There are several vehicles that been there 40-60 days since I have been monitoring them. I bought a new 2016 chevy cruze and it lost all power at 86 miles. I got into a different dealership about 122 miles away from sapaugh. The turbocharger went out and the car would be in the shop for 2 weeks. Sapaugh didn't offer a rental car, in fact, they told me it's the other dealership's problem and they couldn't help or come up with a solution cause I am in another chevy rep's district. I have them recorded telling me this and they were on speaker phone for the other cheverolet dealership to hear there lies and bull. I had to buy a different new car somewhere else and pay to have the car towed back to Sapaugh. They haven't refunded my money for the car or for me towing the car back to them. They stand behind nothing. I will enjoy kicking there butt in court. I recommend going to a real dealership like Holzhauer Auto or any Weber Cheverolet. They aren't liars, thieves, or basically scam bags. Sapaugh it's my turn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have no doubt you have been missused and abused but......

Has General Motors refused warranty service?

Have they exceeded the guidlines under your local Lemon Law?

Did you get a commitment from General Motors to make do a "Buy Back"?

If you answered no to the questions above, you still own this car and suing and winning will be very tough.

In fact so tough I expect that you will be selling it used very soon.
