I originally ordered the Saphire eCigs online on 1/1/13.  I gave them my home address for delivery, but never received the order. I was charged $4.95 shipping and then on 1/17/13 my bank account was charged $99.67 for "recurring payment".  This is the cost of the full e-cigarette "starter kit".  I called their customer support number (888-497-6566 - it just says "Thank you for calling customer service") on 1/18/13 to let them know I had received NOTHING and yet was being charged.  I was able to speak with someone and I gave them my work address for them to send me the full kit since I truly wanted to try the product.  A month later and NOTHING has been delivered, either to my home or to my work.  They charged me a 2nd shipping fee of $4.95.  Then, in order to avoid further charges coming through my account, I changed my debit card number.  My bank said there was nothing they could do for me because I gave them my card number, thus approving the transaction on the account.  They also said since the debit card is no longer valid, there's no way for my account to be credited - I have to have them send me a refund check.  Yeah right, like that's going to happen!  I have called their customer service several times since then and when I finally get to a person (always a foreigner with a heavy accent), they either say their systems are down or they will have a supervisor get back to me.  DO NOT order these cigarettes!!! They will take your money and send you NOTHING in return.
