You will find that the site is registered to Jean-Cristophe Maire...so it would appear that perhaps Sara and Pasqualina are not a "she" after all!

JC Maire owns the doman webjc.com and when you go there you are redirected to worldpeople.fr and are at a webhosting design site at the same street address etc as the address used by JC for the other sara and pasqualina domains. There are examples of web pages that this outfit has designed and one of them is lhoroscope.com and it is hosted by none other than webjc.com....I have also clicked on the 'receive a personalized horoscope' at the lhoroscope site to see what I get in my mail
