I don't want to post a complaint about Sarah Herman but I must since she is a danger to any business transaction.

Her resume on LinkedIn shows that she changes jobs and careers about every 12 months.  So she doesn't seem to be successful at anything she attempts to do.  And I am not surprised because she acted like an absolute ignorant and incompetent employee of the North Carolina Real Estate Commission.  She acted as if she had no worldly exposure and no wordly wisdom, as if she was raised on a farm and never left home except to drive 3 minutes up the road to buy toilet paper at the local mom & pop store. Either that or she is just plain prejudice against people who are not white or who were not born in North Carolina.

I filed a complaint.  The real estate broker defended his unlawful actions by saying that someone stole my identity (and I guess he thought that this defense would negate is unlawful actions?).

Sarah, in her shameful lack of wisdom accepted this defense and began an investigation into this "identity theft".

It was not Sarah's job to accept this ignorant real estate broker's  defense.  Her job was to investigate the complaint I made; not to allow herself to be persuaded to 100% believe the unethical real estate broker's defense and to ignore the details of my complaint against that unethical real estate broker; especially since there was no police investigation of this alleged "identity theft".

So Sarah began to harass me by telephone while I was at work.  She began to harass my secretary while she was at work.  Sarah called repeatedly and demanded that my secretary answer personal questions even though my secretary told her repeatedly that she had nothing to do with this complaint and would not answer questions.

At one point, Sarah called me or my secretary and I told Sarah that I was at work and that I could not talk and that she should talk to my secretary since I was busy.

Because Sarah apparently does not believe that a man who is not white would have a secretary; she continued to harass me.

She started texting me on Facebook telling me that my identity was stolen and that I should contact her.

Really very shocking how ignorant she was.  She completely ignored my well-written and well-documented complaint to embark upon a criminal investigation into identity theft.

When I replied to her Facebook texts, she said that the reason why she believed that my identity had been stolen was because my complaint was too well written for a n****r like me.  Well, she didn't say "n****r", but that's what she meant.  I think it is possible that she is not prejudice but she is just so ignorant that she can't imagine that a minority has a secretary.

I told Sarah on the telephone and in writing that I had a secretary long before she told me on Facebook that she suspected identity theft because my correspondence was too well written.

But I guess Sarah didn't believe me.

Sarah stopped texting me on Facebook because she said that my texts to her on Facebook were also too well written for a n****r like me and that she was going to block me.

People like Sarah are a danger to any attempted business transaction since she has absolutely no knowledge of how basic things work in life and will launch criminal investigations which she is not equipped to conduct and not authorized by the law to conduct in an attempt to satisfy her ignorant conclusions.

Sarah is definitely one of those people whose ambition exceeds her ability.

I think she is book-smart.  But she has no common sense.

And she never took my complaint seriously and dismissed it.
