Saralovely home Rony the sales representative Failure to send my ordered stocks after paying, he cliamed it was lost in transit when he never provided me with a tracking number for the goods hong kong

I bought some items from saralovelyhome.com which I paid for through western union on 29th of July 2016. The code and receipt was mailed to Rony the sales representative of the company in China. He acknowledged the receipt and promised to dispatch my package immediately.

After three weeks I did not receive any message about the delivery. I called Rony and he asked me to relax that it will be delivered. Evetually, after my several calls to the logistic they said Rony did not send any package on my name to them.

I contacted Rony and he claimed he visited the logistics office and that the package was not on their record. He said he would investigate it. I contacted him again after a week and he said i should give him a year, I immediately told him that I would only give him a week to sort it out and he immediately blocked me from on whatsApp and he refused to pick my call again.

Good people please be careful if at all you have to shop on saralovely home. Rony is a dubious man and very disrespectful. Unfortunately my mind did not buy anything from him but I went against my instinct. I used to buy from Lee in china who has never failed me for once.

people Rony is dubious his trick is to deliver to some people and choose to defraud some people.
