Sarasota Ford ,Buchanon Enterprises, Represented By: Carl Leblanc, Ian Parisi, Dennis Davidson Sales reps and Managers are Ripp -Off Artist they Bait and Switch you, Service Department Said work was performed but cannot Produce Documentation Promised Sarasota Florida

I purchased a used truck from Sarasota Ford and my sales rep told me that the items I had concerns with would be repaired/replaced. I followed this up with a email listing all items that was promised after I paid cash for this truck.

I scheduled a day to have everything fixed and replaced confirmed it with Sales Rep Carl Leblanc followed up with another email to Carl and Sales Manager Ian Parisi. I was told to come on down all parts were in and they would have me out in a few hours.

I drove the 80 miles they had the truck for over 7 hours and when they gave it back to me nothing had been done and the items they owed me was not in yet. They told me that the pinion seal had been replaced and the diffrential was serviced, however they could not give me the paper work on this because they said " the ticket was still open" and I would get the ticket when I came back.

After several phone calls and emails I finally spoke with someone in the service department and was able nto set up a date for the same as above. I was told to be there around 11:30 am and would be out by 2:30 pm.

I arrived on time and the service department did not know what was going on. I called the Sales Manager Ian Parisi from the parking lot and he said he would be down in a moment to take care of this. He never showed. I got the service manager working on this and he got my truck in a bay. They repaired the alternator. Rplaced a dash part with the wrong part and told me that was all they could do. 8 1/2 hours later hen I was trying to leave I called for the manager on duty. They gave me Dennis Davidson I told him the story and he said he would come out and see me and bring the paper work for the items they had repaired.

Dennis showed up about 1/2 an hour later gave me a printed sheet of the items they repaired that day. When I asked about the work that was done to the rear end a couple of weeks ago he said that he could not find that paper work, but would find it the next day and for me to call him.

I called the next day and Dennis davidson told me that they " they had spent to much on repairs and was not going to do anything else" even though part of this is warranty work. I asked again for the paper work of the repairs that was told to me " the rear end work has benn completed by our shop" and he still could not produce.

Now he will not return my phone calls and if I do get ahold of him by using a number he does not know, he tells me to "call back in an hour" well do I have to say more?

So my rear end of this truck has not been repaired, I have a incorrect part in my dash, I do not have the extra key and key phob, and no manual. The weather stripping is falling off at the door and there is a ping in the engine.

And the Rip Off Artist Will not speak with me!
