I received a call about my high school daughter whom they called by name and stated that they had software to help her take the SAT & ACT tests. Like a dummy, I gave them my credit card and was billed for $119.00. We decided to return this without opening it and I mailed it in August. Since we had not heard from the company nor had a refund been credited to our account, I called the number today where I had gotten the address and authorization code to return the software. The number was disconnected and when I searched the web, the first thing that came up was the ripoff report that someone else has had the same problem.
I would be glad to be a part of a class action lawsuit if it goes that way.

Our number has always worked.
As for class action lawsuit we are not doing anything illegal and we will be victorious and willing to go the extra mile for our clients. However, we do not tolerate FRAUDULENT CLAIMS FROM CONSUMERS. This website has become a tool for consumers to get out of taking responsibility for not following protocol.
OUR NUMBER has always worked.
Also, the consumers can slander a company with no Identity. WOW!!!!
ABC should be ashamed for allowing people to hurt hard working Business Owners like us.
Maybe we should start a class action lawsuit against this site..... it is a 2 way street.
