Placed order on internet February 4th 2017 for Satin Youth Wrinkle Cream and also Satin Youth Filler. Schelduled to arrive February 9th, which it did and started my fourteen days trial period. Called Satin Youth to cancel my trial period membership on February 16th and the sales rep could not speak very good english and alot of static and noise was in the background. He took my name, e-mail address, and zip code. I would receive an e-mail with notice of my cancellation.

Called the next day (2/17/17) because I did not receive an e-mail yet, he stated it takes a little time to receive it. On February 21st checked my bank account online and seen that Satin Youth had taken $99 dollars from my debit card. I called Satin Youth and they gave me a confirmation number (1104697)and it would take up to ten business days to have the money credited to my debit card. The next day (22nd) I checked my bank account online and seen that Satin Youth took $89 dollars from my debit card before the trial period had ended for the filler cream....I called Satin Youth  and they gave me another confirmation number (1120162) for the filler cream. The rep also said if I did not let her finish her sentence, she would hang up on me. It would take up to ten business days to get the money credited back to my account...

I called Satin Youth on the 28th of February to explain that I was very upset the way they had handled this by taking money from my debit card before the trial date was up and that I had cancelled a few days before the cutoff date of trial period. It states in the terms that I would not be charged or be a member if I cancelled before the trial period ended which I did. If they did not hear from me to cancel and the trial period was up, I would be a member and receive the wrinkle cream and filler cream each month...This is not the case, I cancelled the membership before the trial period ended and have the confirmation numbers which a rep gave me on February 21st and on February 22nd. The trial period was to end on February 22nd of this year and I called on February 16th, again on February 17th, February 21st, and again on February 22nd. Was told I would get my refund but it takes up to ten business days to receive it. I am still waiting for my refund!

I printed off the confirmation numbers and the statement which was finally e-mailed to me saying I was cancelled from my membership and would be refunded. No one from Satin Youth would explain to me why they took money from my debit card before the trial period was expired.
