In response to complaints provided here by dissatisfied customers, Satori Hair & Body has posted a positive testimonial from a fake customer. But "Iain" is not a customer; he has/had a personal relationship with owner Valerie Walters. As is the case with so many businesses who can't provide real proof of quality services, this company has resorted to asking "friends" to post on their behalf. What a Rip-Off!
Satori Hair & Body has had problems for years with customers complaining about poor service, incredible turnover, price-switching, and dirty conditions. Any customer who complains gets the same speech --"You didn't read the agreement!" And any employee who doesn't kiss the owner's a*s is immediately fired for "unethical behavior". Some have even been erroneously accused of theft and other crimes.
I feel sorry for anyone who is taken in by Satori and Valerie Walters. Do your homework, people, before signing on the dotted line. Just because someone claims to be in business for many years does not guarantee quality service and good value.

"Sir"? I'm not a sir, dumbo...how many men purchase this product?
If I drop it on my toe I'll get a bruise? Is that some kind of veiled threat of bodily harm? I wasn't aware that DermaWand causes foot injuries too.
Oh, maybe it's a lame attempt at humor. You think it's funny when people get ripped off?
DermaWand is dangerous. MANY people have suffered skin burns from using DermaWand. And now, foot injuries caused by DermaWand too.
DermaWand and its affiliate companies like FreeRewards should be investigated by the FTC and FCRA and any other appropriate agencies and forced off the market. It's truly an OUTRAGE that they continue to get away with this.
