Jake Satterfield and Jeremy Roberts CANNOT be trusted at all. I have never ben in a room with so many lies at one time. Jake and Jeremy both need to go back to school and get properly educated on how to run a business. All they do is lie lie lie, they ripped me off for 3K! I read earleir a man was ripped off for 10K, I feel even worse for him then I do my self. All Jake and Jeremy ever did was fill me full of false promises that they would save my home and due to the lies they told I had to walk away from my home, they never gave me a chance to save my home like they promised.
They even promised me a refund over 2 months ago and i have not seen it, i dont think i ever will. my kids and i have no where to live, i have been living in my van or staying on couches of my friends, these 2 need to be shut down and put out of business. i feel sorry for anyone who would trust these to idits to halp save your home. do not pay them anything, from what little i saw online is that you have to be licensed to preforme this type of work, jake or jeremy is not licensed according to Utah's Real Esate divison.
THIS COMPANY WILL RIP YOU OFF, STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT TALK TO YOU.
everytime I call to check on my refund the lady who answers the phone will never let me talk to anyone other than her, she cliams she knows nothing of a refund for me.

your report(s) might be more believable if you let more time lapse between reports. same company, same day, same time, different location of person complaining
people use this place to get useful information to avoid being scammed and people like you mess it up. good job jerk!

In a court of law youre granted the ability to question your accuser. Online, individuals are free to make reckless, anecdotal claims that amount to nothing less than libel. They hide behind the anonymity offered online and disparage a companys otherwise good name. Its shameless.
Satterfield Organization works closely with our state legislators and regulators. Weve developed a good relationship with the Utah Division of Real Estate. And although not a member, we have no complaints with the Better Business Bureau.
If there were cause for any concern from our company, its practices or services consumers would be made aware of it through communication with the Utah Division of Real Estate. There are over 300 federal, state and local laws that regulate mortgage brokerages. Failure to adhere results in loss of licensure, a far cry from online smear campaigns by disgruntled, incognito former employees.
We have reviewed and spoken with each Satterfield Organization client. Not only does this posting not reflect the financial situation of any of our clients, theyve each attested that they did not post it.
