SATURN OF CERRITOS AUTO CENTER 3rd time is NOT a charm cerritos, California

As I said 3rd time is not a charm! I purchased a 2008 saturn aura and have had problems with it ever since. I had 2 saturn vues prior to this and didn't have any problems with them. The first week I had car the door handle panel came off, the same month the brakes started squeeking. I went to dealer and told them this and they replaced the door handle and had informed me that the 08 auras were having a brake issue. I asked if there was a recall and they responded with, "No, not at this time. Your pretty much stuck with it." That wasn't what I was hoping to hear. So needless to say I left there not satisfied with the response I got.

During the time I waited to hear something from the dealer I began to hear other noises in the car. First I noticed that the radio dials did not work at times, there was a knocking noise coming from steering column when I turned either left or right. And when I turned off the car there was a strange noise, also when I start the car it jerks.

I was hoping to hear from anyone who might be having the same problems with their aura or did I just get a lemon? I took the car in to be serviced and apparently the service employees did not find anything wrong. I had a feeling that was going to be the case and again I pretty much have to deal with the noises I hear as they get worse. I'm sure their waiting for the warranty to expire before they actually find the problem, but you know what I am so upset over this I'm just ready to turn this car in for something other than ANOTHER SATURN!

I am so disappointed the way they have been responding to me in regards to these problems, when I mention that I've had problems with this car ever since I bought it they don't respond at all, as if I didn't even say anything. The service workers just continue to ask if I would like to get routine maintenance done to the vehicle.

I need to know if the 08 Auras are a problem.
