Hi Myself Aishwarya from Olympia, WA, USA. This complaint is regards to a Facebook retails shopping page " Satya Boutique" which sells Indian salwar dresses, sarees and blouses. I have transferred Rs.5850/- in June 2015 and purchased a dress. I asked her to courier that dress to my aunt's home at hyderabad as they were visiting to USA.

Satya alias "Alekya" never sent any courier to my cousins home nor to my address at usa. Later after few months she said the dress is already shipped and the parcel is stuck near Customs people at USA. She always took time and never sent any courier. Initially she used to answer my calls, later she t=stopped answering any of my calls and changed her phone numbers. She avoided my phone calls, wats app message and facebook messages too.

Looking forward for some help. Its my suprise now she deleted the satya boutique page at facebook. I now i came to know that this satys boutique has also opened a new facebook withy names closet and SSR Creations Where many people transfered money to her.
