I paid $727 for a web page that looks terrible. All they did was change the name on a template and they call that a completed web page. They didn't even bother to use capital letters and they left their name on the page just as large as my web site name. Well, I don't know how to get the web page changed. Worst of all, I paid $5900 for "coaching". I have had absolutely no contact with an Advertising Coach. Nada. Zip. I don't even know her name or have her contact information. I'm willing to pay them $250 for the little work they've done, but I want a full refund of the balance. Punitive damages would be nice too. I never signed a Fullfillment Invoice authorizing them to do anything for me except possibly to "build" the web site. I never signed anything regarding an Advertising Coach and I don't believe I provided them with an IRS Form 9. I want $5900 + 727.55 + 19.95 - 250 = $6397.50 within 10 days or I will be contacting my attorney and from Terry GOddard who I believe is the Attorney General of the State of Arizona.

I say let us take down saveavenue.com

AUTHOR: vendicatorx - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, September 18, 2011

I had a saveavenue.com online  store since 2007.I have not made a dime.I even had affilitate after much begging to put my store in five hundred search engines, not knowing they would be a fraud store.I was wondering why no one bought from my saveavenue.com that I had on facebook, which I took down.Last Sunday11,2011 I had my saveavenue.com put in five hundred search engines not knowing the store was a fraud.I then did a search and found no search came up on Ninetindo Wii.I did a search on saveavenue.com stores and ones computer code that shows where you are located said it is band.My suggestion to all fraud victims, including myself, let us not only have a class action lawsuit but also a internal investigation. We will all lose our stores, that has bought one,but we will be paid back, when the court action suit is finalized. Why not bring Washington DC,in on this, after all, accordinding to federal law anyone who sets up a website and has others buy a store or purchases products, and does not receive money for his online store, when he makes money, or the pruducts he bought, including return policies is fraud.Fraud is not tolerated by the fedreal government in the USA.Do I have a Yes, from everyone on this?

Disgruntled Member

POSTED: Monday, October 13, 2008

We appreciate the opportunity to respond to #10507 Mr. D's complaint.

First off let me start by saying that I have worked in many bizop rooms all over the united states and Save Avenue is in fact the only one that actually gives there members a real chance at generating money with the business.

Mr. D got started in the opportunity 9/22/06, at that time every member is required to go through a recorded verification for both there safety as well as ours, at which time all information, term and conditions, as well as the terms of the money back guarantee, which clearly list all the requirements to be eligable.

On 9/27/08 Mr. D purchased marketing for his site, and once again he had to go through a verification, and once again he had to do a walk through of the terms and conditions which clearly state that all marketing sales are NON_REFUNDABLE. Mr. D even signed and returned all documents regarding his marketing purchase which also state all marketing sales are NON-REFUNDABLE. Mr. D also signed and returned his fullfillment invoice for his website, his Guarantee, as well as his W-9.

On 3/12/08 Mr. D recieved a commission check #5634 in the amount of $335.63 for sales generated through his website.

Unfortunantly Mr. D is not willing to proactive in his business, he just wants to sit back and hope for money to fall from the sky. Unfortunantly Mr. D thats not the way the business works, Do you think sucessfull business people just dump some money in there business and walk away?, of course not, any one who reads this knows just as well as I, for the first couple of years the owner is the hardest working person involved in the business. We here at Save Avenue are committed to working with our clients, and we are still willing to work with Mr. D, but he must meet us half way.

In this very false complaint Mr. D states he has never had any contact with his coach, Now Mr. D, maybe you just forgot that your marketing purchase was something that was negotiated with you and your coach, now, if the fact of the matter is you do not like your coach and would like to speak to another one than that could be arranged.

Mr. D if you would like to discuss this with me any further, just give me a call.

I look forward to resolving this matter with you as soon as possible.

Best Regards

Going back through my files, I found a xerox copy of both a signed Form 9 and the Fullfillment Invoice.
