*UPDATE Employee: Disgruntled Member
I signed on with Save Avenue and sent in a signed invoice for initiatint the site. Over the phone I agreed to an advertising campaing. Afterwards I found out about Save Avenues unethical busines behavior on this site. I still have the advertising agreement invoice in my possesion. I have already been billed for this agreement with my credit card company. Can I get the fund for the advertising agreement returned if I do not send in this adverising invoice agreement. Any advice would be deeply appreciated.

SUBMITTED: Tuesday, October 14, 2008
We have reviewed the complaint placed by this member and have found the following; Yes the member did purchaseing Ad Links in April of 2007, we then upgraded the members advertising as well in april of 2007, sent member business cards in June 2007, changed domain in December of 2007 at members request. In January 2008 member called in wanting a status update, at which time member informed us they came across there advertising invoice and wanted the money used for marketing to be refunded.
I do not understand why this member would have continued all along to comunicate as marketing was implemented to the site, never once previously did this member even insinuate that they were looking for a refund as per the recorded verification as well as the terms and conditions marketing is non refundable, as we out source to many different companies to fulfill on the marketing set in place for each member.
Even so member can not clarify, what changed after 9 months, we are still working with this client, so I am a little surprised to see this complaint.
