 I noticed a check in my account that I did not issue, investigated the check and when I went to the web site it linked me to a online payday loan site, which in theytime frame that they said I made the purchase I was looking for a payday loan and never received one from this company name.

When I called them they said that i made a telephone purchase for some discount coupons, they would not switch me to a supervisor not legal dept. I explainded that I never authorized any purchase and that this was a fraudulent action i wanted me money refunded and the damages of causing me togo into overdraft.

They insisted that they were right and after 30 minutes of argueing with the lady i made them walk me through on were to find the reund and cencellation sheet and when i found it to my surprise they give you 5 days from the draft to report the issue and they never mention that they will refund you money.

They also have a disclosure that you agree to that you will not purse anycharge banks with your bank,you release all liability for they and there affiliates, and that you forfite any and all rights under the anit-fraud and finacnial securityies procedures.

So i will not sign the form for those reason.

I want my money refunded and damages, and to get these people out of business. Today i reead on the internet some people with the same problem they applied for a payday loan and had the same thing happen and did not receive their money back.
