Savontv.com ripoff on flathose hose ripped at seam with first use San Clemente CA

I purchased the flat hose from savontv.com. The first time I used it, I turned on the water and the hose busted at the seams and leaked all over the place. Upon contacting Savontv.com they said that they are retail only and any problems had to be reported within two weeks of the sale.

I had not used the hose until three weeks after receiving it and then did not have time to write to them for another week or so. Therefore they will do nothing. This is a company that should be put out of business for selling low grade merchandise and hiding behind policies that are not able to be met. I am reporting then to the better business bureau and contacting Date Line NBC.
