SAW MILL AUTO SALES BILLY ,NOT SURE OF HIS LAST NAME, MIS REPRESENTED VEHICLE TO A $35,000 REPAIR AND HE WOULD NOT ASSIST. I FOUND OUT THE DAY IT WAS SHIPPED TO MY LOCATION YONKERS, Nationwide
*Consumer Comment: The selling dealer has followed Manheim auto auction's rules and regulations. He sold the car AS IS.
Purchased a vehicle from Saw Mills Auto Sales in Yonkers, NY from a rep known as Billy and the day I received the vehicle our neighborhood Mechanic told me the motor needed to be replaced and the cost will be approximately $35,000.00. The dealership misrepresented the vehicle and would not provide any support either financially, refund or trade. told me I was out of luck. They may be nice folks before the sale but after the sale they don't even answer any responsences.. Buyer Beware

My name is stick and I want to make a comment about this report. I called this auto dealer. And they told me they sold this Porsche in a Manheim auto auction. This dealer told me that when you sign up with the Manheim auction to be able to buy and sell you have to meet their requirements As a dealer. The dealer complaining about the car, the guy who posted this ripoff report knows very well the requirements of Manheim auto auction. When you buy a used car at the auction you sign a as is statement showing that you're buying a car that's as is.
How does this dealer feel he has a reason to complain when he bought a car knowing that it was as is At Manheim auto auction? Maybe he should of brought a mechanic with him to check the car out to some level before he agreed to buy it. We all have to come to the realization When you buy a car as is that means as is if you're thinking twice don't do it
This dealer should use the philosophy of the following. When in doubt give a shout and call mechanic. When in doubt give a shout and call mechanic before you make a bid NOT AFTER...
