Saxon Mortgage Services Harrassing phone calls and uncooperativeness. They do not care about you Fort Worth Texas

Being only 21 days past due the phone calls everyday add up to approx 4-7 per-day. When you talk to someone and come up with payment arrangements they still call you everyday until the payment is paid and will so every single month. They intimidate and harrass you. When you request a supervisor or to speak to someone of authority you are ignored and dis-respected. From June 14th to June 22nd I have received 13 phone calls. They do not want to help and do not care about you.

I have read and concur with all the complaints that have been filed against this company. I have a complaint filed with the BBB and if anyone would like to contact me for anything further please do so and good luck to all of you hard working,respectfull people and may god bless you. The upper management of this company should be embarrassed to operate in this manner. To treat people that have tragic occurances in their life like this is unforgiveable.They to will have to answer someday to a higher authority.

We need to remind the entire staff of Saxon of the mission statement that they have printed on their loan statements. " Provide attentive service, dedicated to accurate information in a timely manner" and conduct themselves "through honesty,dependability and attention to detail and will demonstrate its ability to exceed the service needs of its customers". How about just simply thinking about helping people???? WE ALL WIN!!!!!!!!!
