The Official Footprints in the Sand Web site for the Original Author of the well known Footprints Poem. Footprints in the Sand home page. Companies throughout the network have now been officially notified of this gross product infringement and it's misuse of Footprints also known as Footprints in the Sand copyrights. It is unlawful for anyone to claim these copyrights. The original author has asked for product removal.. Margaret Fishback Powers only claims to have written Footprints in 1964. Footprints written by anonymous was copyrighted and published by the Historical Founding Father of Library Week. in 1963. Both Stevenson and Powers claim to have written similar version of Footprints at different times. None substantiate the original, One night a man had a dream text except for anonymous. Officials are and will be complying with the request. A sincere hardship has occurred from all of this with the author realizing that permanent and irreversible damages causing personal injury have occurred in the public market, to the public and private sectors and the true author of One night a man had a dream text of the Footprints poem and the authors life.

agreed to remove this infringing product from the
entire market. Arrangements were made on November 12,

Sometimes there were two sets of footprints, other times there was one only. This bothered me because I noticed that during the low periods of my life, when I was suffering from anguish, sorrow or defeat, I could see only one set of footprints, so I said to the Lord, You promised me Lord, that if I followed you, you would walk with me always. But I have noticed that during the most trying periods of my life there has only been one set of footprints in the sand. Why, when I needed you most, have you not been there for me? The Lord replied, The years when you have seen only one set of footprints, my child, is when I carried you. written by Ella Scharring-Hausen in 1922 is public domain also claimed by Mary Stevenson 1936, Mary did not originally author this text however it is considered public domain according to U.S. Copyright Law of 1909 for failure to register in a timely and lawful manner. In following up last years business with Company & Affiliates they then proceeded to sell the very same products now under Mary Stevenson name. This leads me to believe that the course of action taken by companies were for mere profit. Companies & Affiliates are advised and aware of the various text created by the various authors. No other authors work can support or substantiate the text used by any company and the infringement named in this document, pursuant to filing a lawful suit of this infringement. Special Note; since May of 2005 additional attempts to discredit my original authorship of Footprints are now being claimed by an individual named Burrell Webb. Unfortunately wowzone has gone out of their way to once again present my intellectual property as someone elses. Burrell Webb did not write my authentic work known as Footprints also known as Footprints in the Sand.
