Scam Collection Agency 561-594-1257 ADR Processing and Other Names / Fake Law Firm They use many different names, regardless the company is a scam. Do not give them money. They cannot sue you and they cannot serve you with papers. They are not a law firm or otherwise Fake robo calls threating you will legal action

This company is a SCAM
They are trying to get people to pay for old debts and they are violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and making statements which are false. They can not serve you with papers, they are not a lawyer or a law firm.
They are just another scam of a boiler room who have no regard for comsumer rights and the fake collection agents get paid (usually 25%) to get you to pay for an old debt.
You are entitled under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act to have the person on the phone identify their name, company, company address, and their collection license number (certain states require it)
You are also entitled to have them validate the debt. Becasue they do not want you to have their real information they will hang up on you or tell you that they are going to sue you.
I will be adding more information as it comes to reveal their true identities.

When you do you will find out they are scammers in another country unless you can prove they are in the US. I get these emails all the time. Unless they call you and threaten you from a US agency then no use even bothering to provide that information. I know because I got those calls from one agency and another via mai. Sued both and won.
Sounds like these are just scammers trying to get money from you. Just let it go and know that you have the knowledge that you do.
