Scentbird they charged my credit card twice and still have not received my merchandise NY new york

I signed up for Scentbird in November 2018. I signed up for the $25 a month subscription which delivers two colognes a month. My November order was shipped and received as promised. December 5th I was charged the monthly $25 subscription fee. Towards the end of December I still hadn't received my colognes.

I figured due to the holidays deliveries were delayed. After the New year's I noticed my order still has not been processed so I sent customer service an email explaining that my order still has not been processed and if they had an ETA as to when my order was going to be processed. Customer service sent me an email apologizing, but still no action.

Come January 5th. I was charged $25 for my monthly subscription. I sent customer service numerous emails after that and their last response was that my December order was going to be shipped out no later than January 25th. Nor my December or January orders have been processed yet. I cancelled my subscription and would never recommend this site to anyone. I would like either my promised product or a full refund.
