In November of 05 was rear ended by a 4 wheeler , schneider put that on my dac as a preventable accident . i was never evn told it was being classified as a preventable accident, found out a year and a half later while trying to get a job with cfi, which by the way is a great company. i called safey dept and argued with that idiot for half hour. i want it off my dac because it is not a preventable accident and absolutely should not be classified as such. Can anyoe tell me how i can possibly get it removed. It continues to haunt me to this day. Thankyou.

Bart should get his facts strait before cutting others down. I also have the right to comment on people's report just like how people have the right to comment on mine, but I don't harass people or do what bart does & tell them they don't have a valid complaint. I do not know there whole situation like people don't know my whole situation. All, I told this driver was he could dispute information from his dac record I already knew about this cause my grandfather & uncle where truckers, this Is what interested me into becoming a truck driver.

YOU never sued for defamation. Why not racist?
And you have no DAC and your credit is already ruined by welching on rent and phone bills. That's why collection agencies are after you.

You can sue schneider for defamation. This isn't the only complaint agaisnt schneider I read in other complaints you have the right to dispute your dac record, like your credit report. If this does't work you have the right to sue schneider for them to keep you from getting another job. Schneider turned me down for there training program 3 years ago I am glad so know, they can't lie on my dac record & fire me & ruin my credit.
