I have never done business with this company other than to complete an inquiry sent to me over a year ago. Through some way, they accessed my credit card account number and to my surprise, I saw they charged me $111.93 for "stamps". I have tried to telephone them and no one has responded. I am absolutely furious that a company would conduct business in this manner.
