On December 22, 2013 we noticed a charge to our credit card that we did not recognize. Turns out this company has been charging us a monthly fee of $29.95 since January of 2013 without our authorization. Had to call my financial institution and cancel our credit cards.
Called ScoreSense and they played oblivious to the situation and tried to "sell" us into keeping the sevice and how great it is and if we do keep it, they won't charge us as much. Told them we didn't agree to it in the first place and they need to cancel and refund our money asap. Just continued to try to sell it to us.
Filed a report with our state's attorney general's office, our financial instituation and this report. We'll be sending letters to ScoreSense as well to try to recoup our stolen funds
