Used ScoreSense, paid a dollar for my three credit reports. Immediately canceled (Same day), but was still charged $29.95 per month, five months in a row. Contacted customer service and they denied my refund request because if was after billing date. I know I canceled this immediately after getting my three credit scores, because I am unemployed and know I could not afford to pay thrity a month for nothing. Now I get to call my credit card company about the fraudulant charges.

Contacted ScoreSense customer service as requested. I was told they would send the information to the corporate office. I was charged October 2013 - March of 2014. The response from the corporate office only shows December 2013 thru February 2014. They processed a refund for February in the amount of $29.95. December and January were denied for the following reason:

  • The refund was not approved because you requested the refund after your communicated billing date. 

There is no acknowledgement of the other months for which I was billed. Also, they didn't give an explanation as to why they would refund February but not any of the other months. I cancelled my membership the same day I ran my credit report as that was all I was wanting. Do not use ScoreSense they scam you with the dollar credit report. Then even though you cancelled (Said no to the $29.95 membership) they have your credit card information and will charge you $29.95 per month!
