scoresense.com continued to bill me after i cancelled my membership. Internet
I signed up for scoresense.com back in April 2013 to get a copy of my credit report. I reveiwed my report and realized that there were items on it that i wanted to dispute. i agreed to pay $12.95 per month to dispute these items but on June 29th 2013 i cancelled my membership because i was unable to dispute any of the items due to a on going issue with me being unable to go on any of the three reporting agencies. The man that i spoke to on the phone on the 29th attempted to walk me through the dispute process but was also unsuccessful. i assumed at the end of our conversation that my membership was cancel but i was billed for another month. I called the company today and was told that i could not get a refund for this month because it was already billed today July 2 2013 for the month. i already paid for 2 months of services that was never provided to me. i would like a refund for the month of July. chrystal j (((REDACTED)))@gmail.com
