Just as I suspected. Another phony coward hiding behind anonymity. You don't even cite cases or court records because you have none. All you have is rumor and gossip. If you are so certain of anything, why not simply say who you are and include your number? Jeff was confident enough to leave his number and even went so far as to state he intended to slander me. Why don't you identify yourself? Is it because you fear legal accountability for your false statements? Why else would you want to hide behind pathetic posts on a blog without identifying yourself?

I assure you, today is Sunday and on Tuesday of this week I will be in my attorney's office preparing to deal with these posts. I dare you to identify yourself and hold yourself accountable to your statements. You think I am desperate? of what? It is YOU who have decided to commit libel by posting on this blog. I have done no wrong to you. If so, then why aren't you stating specifically what wrong I did to you? You hint at money owed other people and you don't even have those facts correct. What have i done to you? why are you afraid? If I wronged you in any way, then why aren't you being specific?

All you posted here is rhetoric and babbling with no verifiable proof of anything and like the coward you are you hide behind the anonymity. I will be seeking a court ordered release from RipOffReport of the email addresses, and any other personally identifiable information you used to log on to post your libel, in my complaint in an effort to find you as well and hold you accountable for you libelous statements.

Perhaps you should read RipOffReport's policy regarding release of information. My attorney certainly has and when we find you, which he is confident we will, you will answer for your libel. Not very smart to think I will simply sit passive while you and Jeff embark on a smear campaign to damage my credibility. We will find you, and I will seek my relief in court.

We will see who has the law on their side when it comes to libel and false accusations. Contrary to your opinion, this is definitely no "joke" and the severity of your statements will be weighed in court and you will be held accountable for your libelous statements.

I wont identify myself becasue i know how desperate you are and what a desparate person is capable of.  Besides, if you really are such a good guy you should be able to figure out a person that feels wronged by you...except in your case there are way too many people that have been wronged by you to narrow it down.

Secondly, what exactly in my post wasn't the truth? 
1. Did you ever pass the bar?
2. Did you not have your wages garnished in 2011 for back child support?
3. Do you not owe your ex money plus a monthly papyment stemming from your divorce papers?\

If anyone has damaged your reputation it is you.  Get an attorney, post their info on here and I will personally fax the documentation I have to them proving my statements are true and factual.

This is my last post. My only intent was to let Jeff know that there are others that feel the same as him.  I don't need to waste my time with you and your threats.  You are a joke. 

I noticed you didn't identify yourself. Why is that? Are you afraid to be held accountable for your statements? How convenient to hide behind anonymity in an attempt to discredit me. I welcome the opportunity challenge any statement you make in court. What a coward! You think that by using this site you can commit libel and hide? That's fine. The damage has already been done by Jeff who clearly intends to damage my credibility by his own admission in posting to this site. I will seek appropriate legal remedy for damages. If you care to identify yourself I will publicly challenge you as well to make your case in a courtroom. That is exactly what I am doing and this site is adding additional weight to my complaint demonstrating the impact and damage to me from Jeff's libelous statements.

Since Jeff initiated this libel by his posting, you have made my case that his initial comments encouraged "anonymous" posts that add to the initial libel. I can only imagine what he is saying should someone call him on the telephone number he has posted.

I am not concerned. I will pursue a lawful course to remedy the harm caused and threatened by him. So go ahead and identify yourself and I will accept any challenge to my credibility you make in a courtroom. Instead of hiding behind an anonymous post like a coward.

I will be happy to respond to anything you say if you identify yourself and are willing to be accountable to your statements in court. If not, then go ahead and continue your cowardly attacks and demonstrate the harm already caused by Jeff and his libelous statements. Maybe he can call you as a "witness" since you seem to echo his libelous statements and have the same agenda to attempt to discredit me.

I am seeking competent legal counsel relating to these posts. Should the time arise when I ever need to respond to anything published on this site, I will simply acquire an affidavit demonstrating the statements made have cause additional damage and see you in court again. This will continue until these statements are removed.

So if you keep posting your libel and continue causing damage, I will file my complaint and see you in court.

Jeff, that makes me sick.  Scot has no money either...he always threatens to sue and have his "lawyer" make contact with people but it is only BS. He knows better than to step into a courtroom with all the warrants and people he owes money to looking for him. That doesn't even count the restraining orders on him. 

And, you sadly think he still has an honorable side.  That is a crock of s**t.  He his only nice to someone if he potentially can get something from them.  You really need to understand that all those stories about being a marine, preacher, lawyer, etc. may or may not be true.  He has told so many lies who knows what is for real or not?  He never passed the bar so technically never a lawyer. 

I don't want to post specific information about about why he quits jobs as soon as they begin garnishing his wages but know that he owes money for back child support on his daughters who are now grown, and owes his ex in McKinney money each month that he has never even begun to pay on.  This of course is through the courts unlike all the people that he owes money to that "loaned" it to him. 

You did notice that he never sent a rebuttal to any of the accurate statments in my previous post.  I'd love a chance to speak with his "attorney", his "ex-employee" or his current "fiancee".  These  people are just manifestions of his imagination. I find it rather humorous.

Jeff, Scot is right about it is better to move on.  Just take comfort in knowing that he will never know what it means to have a true friend, true love or home stability.  He will always be on the run and always have to look over his shoulder to see if his past is catching up with him. That is justice.

It is unfortunate that you have resorted to this tactic of false allegations and personal insults to attempt to discredit me. The courts are on my side and have not held me responsible for any wrong doing. Neither you nor your unidentified friend have mentioned any court which held me responsible for anything against you or your "friend".

You have no claim against me. You have not even filed a complaint in any court against me because you have no legal standing. Perhaps this is because even your own attorney will acknowledge you have no civil case against me either because I have caused you nor anyone else any harm and certainly did not violate any law which would warrant any criminal investigation. My licenses continue to renew in every state.

I hope someday you find a way to get past this and move on. As for me, I have been advised I have recourse against you for your false allegation for criminal activity. I will be filing my own complaint against you and will include a complaint to your state's licensing board.

Since you have no proof of "crimes committed" I suggest you spend some of your energy seeking competent legal counsel because you definitely have crossed the line in your post when you made a libelous statement. Furthermore, you indicated your intent to spread this false allegation if readers of this site would call you and you would share with them the "crimes" you claim I have committed.

I will hold you responsible for your statements and will file my complaint and post them here when filed. Perhaps then you will find a more constructive outlet for your anger than committing slander and libel against me. You will definitely be hearing from my attorney over your libelous statements published here on this site and your statements of your intent to slander me.

I would like to ask a favor of anyone reading these posts regarding Scot Moran. 1st: Who do you think is telling the truth...me or Scot? 2nd: Please check back to Rip Off Report in a week, a month and a year...one of two things is going to happen...either you won't be able to find the report on Scot Moran...because he paid ROR a large sum of money to have the report removed or you are going to see a large number of people, much like myself and the other gentleman who already wrote a rebuttel, who have been hurt by him. I would like to appeal to anyone reading this who has had a professional or personal relationship with Scot Moran...to write a rebuttel...pro or con...about your experience with Scot P. Moran. Lets see what the public has to say about Scot P. Moran. And Scot...I was hoping I could appeal to your HONOR to do the right thing...but I guess I was wrong. Is this ROR thing going to hurt your future business with the public...probably not...that was NEVER my goal...but some people will see it and demand an explanation...or they will just run away from you...or they will call me...you'll never know. Think about me now and then Scot. It didn't have to end like this...you made this decision...that will impact your career for the rest of your life. Final thought on why I'm doing this: it's not about revenge or getting even...it's about trying to protect other people from getting hurt. Any good attorney will tell you to do your due dilligence before investing. It's not that hard to research Scot Moran and find other people who have dated, married and done business with the man. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Jeff, I feel for you and your wife and know that Scot is capable of deceiving any person, at any time, without a second thought as to how much damage he leaves behind. And he does leave....as soon as he is faced with the pressure of too many people catching on to his lies he splits.  Or at least in this case he says he is in Austrailia which is not the case at all.  In fact, his facebook page says (or said ) Maxed Out at 5000. He never had 5000 "likes" but being the social media expert he likes to think of himself as, this would lend him some crediblity I suppose.  Another tactic he uses is his knowledge of religion and likes to claim he is a christian to gain the confidence of others.  God knows his heart and intentions.  There is nothing Christ-like about him.

A person who does business ethically does not get numerous complaints about fraud brought against them. Just because he has never been convicted of a crime does not mean he is not guilty of committing the crime.  Deceit and fraud are difficult things to prosecute especially when there is no written documentation to support the allegations.  Again, doesn't mean the allegations are not accurate.  

It is suspicious that Boyd Olsen, who wrote a rebuttal to the first post, is the same person that wrote in supporting Scot in 2009 to the Housing Bubble of Shame webpage.  Only then he had hired Scot and lived in Arizona. Now he is an ex-employee and lives in Ft Worth, TX. Guess he likes to live near Scot.

Scot, it is obvious that you are this "Boyd" person. In fact, you cannot even keep straight if you are writing your rebuttal as from you or from someone else since you started talking in the third person.  Of course, I know you probably have stock replies that you just whip off of your computer when these complaints come up.  

Jeff, you will never see the money from Scot and you cannot save anyone from his future dealings.  I hope you can fiund a way to move past this.

My name is Scot Moran, and it is obvious this complaint is nothing more than personal venting. Notwithstanding the State of Arizona, where each of the complaints and lawsuits against Scot Moran were dismissed without merit, no other complaint has ever been filed in any of the other 42 states in which I hold professional licenses. It was only in Arizona under the supervision of Jeff Brandes, a real estate broker did any complaints ever surface.

It would appear that Jeff Brandes has a personal issue with me. I am very accessible as I am required by law to maintain current addresses with each state in which I hold licenses. His anger is obvious and his personal attacks have nothing to do with any business relationship involving me for which he was the subject of a lawsuit and which the court subsequently found him responsible.

My professional reputation and legal activity is reviewed each year by more than 50 law enforcement agencies, including the Federal Bureau of Investigations, when each state renews my real estate, mortgage and insurance licenses, including Arizona where my licenses is renewed each year without question.

Each state investigates any allegations of improper activity, any lawsuits, bankruptcies or any other allegations of financial mismanagement and Scot Moran, although has been divorced twice, has not done anything improper. But don;t take my word for it, Scot Moran has survived countless investigations for improper activity, lawsuits and other legal challenges brought about by people who have been hurt financially from the real estate crash and wanting to place blame on me simply because I was an agent, or assisted in some way in the transaction.

Now that they have no legal standing in any court, they attempt to damage my credibility online by posting personal rantings and ravings and allegations of illegal activity in the hopes that the public will make judgments based on someone's bad experience and personal vendetta.

Oh, and by the way, when you change your name, the state is aware of your name change and it investigates BOTH names for any arrests, criminal activity or improper business dealings. So this online dribble really is nothing more than an angry man who desires nothing more than to attempt to harm another mans reputation and credibility.

I spoke with my attorney about the alleged "crimes committed" statement made in the original post, and it would cost more to litigate over the libelous statement than I would recover from the judgement.

I have learned to embrace the complaints and the lawsuits, because I know in the end they have been found to be baseless and without merit. I have even learned to deal with the online attacks against my personal character. 

So there you have it. Sorry for your loss, but it is your loss, not mine and your attempt to make me pay by attempting to damage my reputation will have little impact. The court has not found me to be responsible for your loss so I hope you can recover and move past trying to hold me responsible.

I am now living in Australia, not Spain. I still hold all my licenses and conduct my business abroad. I am now licensed in several countries and the background checks are even more exhaustive than in the United States and I am accountable each year when my licenses are renewed without any problems.

Embrace the lawsuits...This used to be one of Scot's favorite expressions...a joke if you will...regarding all the lawsuits and complaints he had to deal with. He thought it was soooo funny. And he's right...all of the "complaints" filed against him with the Arizaona Department of Real Estate have been dismissed. But what he is not telling you is what happened after he FLED Arizona. After he failed to appear at a hearing in U.S. District Court. After a bench warrant was issued for his arrest ( bench warrants are only good for 12 months...he managed to stay out of Az for at least 12 months ). Hawaii, Spain, Canada and Texas were just a few of his stops. He started a company in Texas called VIREMIS ( Virtual Real Estate, Mortgages, Insurance and Securities ). Do a little research on VIREMIS, talk to his partner, talk to his ex-wife/business partner ( how many wives is that Scot...its at least 3 now ). They DO NOT have nice things to say about Scot. Are you beginning to get the picture of how Scot Moran operates. Yes...He's charming, funny, smart, some would say good looking, he's generous to a fault ( at least when things are going well ) but when things start to go wrong...watch out. He structures his business affairs in his wive's name ( he admits his credit is BAD ) and then he runs away leaving others to pick up the mess he left behind...taking as many of the assets as he can...whether they belong to him or not. If none of this bothers you...ask yourself this one question...Why did he change his name...what was he trying to hide. Do the research and you'll see what I'm saying is true. He just closed down his Facebook account as well. You are probably asking youself...so who is this guy who doen't much care for Scot Moran? Fair question. I was a friend, one of the Realtors in his company, but I had a Brokers license and when his old broker left he asked me to be his Broker ( biggest mistake of my life ). See I liked Scot...I trusted him. He was a smart and charming guy. At that point in my career I had spent 20+ years in Real Estate...never been sued...never been to arbitration. Becoming the broker I knew had some legal liabilities that came with the job but with Scot's help I knew we could handle them. Then came the Sladek V. Flag Realty Group lawsuit. To this day I still don't know what Scot did to Denise Sladek. Were they business partners? Were they lovers? I don't know. I do know it had nothing to do with Flag Realty Group. This was something that happened way before I had even met Scot. But when she found out that Scot was a part owner in Flag ( along with his wife Vicki ) she sued Flag Realty Group. He told me not to worry about it...that he had contacted the attorney and they had worked out a settlement. The first time we went to court everyone showed, the second time we went to court...No Scot and No Vicki...just me...the broker. Long story short...my wife and I end up with a FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLAR judgement against us. He won't return my phone calls. He won't return my e-mails. Then the fun really starts. You would not believe how many phone calls I received from other people looking for Scot...I can't go into details but I can tell you there was alot of pain and suffering out there. So why am I doing this...why am I venting on Rip Off Report? Because this has to stop. Scot...you can't continue to HURT people the way you do. You hurt me but more importantly you hurt my wife Cathy. She did nothing to you Scot...NOTHING. The stress, the money, the time and crying herself to sleep at night worrying about this. She doesn't deserve this Scot. What I'm asking is for you to contact Sladek's attorney...Mark Gibbons...and make restitution. Pay your debts Scot. Be a marine...step up and do the right thing. Can you...would you...please do this for me and Cathy. My name is Boyd Olson and I personally hired Scot Moran as a Real Estate Agent to conduct business on my behalf in the State of Arizona and after more than 20 years of dealing with incompetence in real estate agents, Scot Moran was the absolute best real estate agent I have ever worked with! 

This complaint is typical of people who have had negative experiences with real estate and attempt to bring down their agent with them.

Scot Moran was personally responsible for the acquisition and disposition of 4 properties for myself and my business partners in Arizona. Each property was sold at a profit! After dealing with several other real estate brokers, none was able to accomplish what Scot Moran did in only a few short weeks.

I did attend his seminar and was skeptical at first. However, after performing my due diligence, we decided to go ahead and was very pleased with the outcome.

Arizona Department of Real Estate has Scot Moran listed in their database as not having a single disciplinary action against him. He has had numerous complaints filed at various times, just like the one posted here on this site, but after a thorough investigation by the governing real estate license agencies, each complaint is summarily dismissed as baseless allegations.

It is unfortunate that this person has decided to take his personal issues with Scot Moran to a public forum making false allegations. Scot Moran continues to be a valuable resource to those of us who have followed his advice and continue to do business with him to this day.
