scott & associates are taking me to small claims court for a credit card I have never had and they want %700 dollars they are collecting the sum for LVNV Funding llc which is a scumbag collection agency

If all of what you say is true, you go to court and they need to prove YOU had the account and YOU owe the money. By what basis do you say you never had this account and did they supply you with info that it is your account????
