Scott Austreng...Shorewest Realty ,Shorewest Realty does not make things right when their agent breaks all coddes of conduct Sheboygan Wisconsin

Scott Auatreng was a realtor for Shorewest Realty.
He handled the sale of my home and the house I was going to buy. Both were handled very differently.
All the contingencies on my home had to be done by closing and I had to pay for them.
Most of the things on the new house that I brought up were ignored or I was told I could fix them.
Scott had conections to get the contracors ti fix my house right away but nothing on the new house would be done by closing if done at all.

I had a licenced inspector for the new house,it was an earth home and tested positive for radon gas.In the wall,over the headboard in the bedroom was a large bulge.Scott said the contractor slipped and pushed the drywall out. I know enough about construction to know that that's impossible.The smoke detectors did not work and that's illegal to sell a house that way.
Scott said I could fix that also.

The buyers"inspector"(their son) said my house was not insulated,I had that done when I bought the house.
He said the sump pump outlet was not grounded,it was.
He said a valve on the boiler needed to be replaced. It was replaced but did'nt correct the problem so after more visits by the contrator I ended fixing the problem myself.

There is so much more to this and I know you should have a lawyer but if you have to hire a lawyer to protect yourself from your realtor then why go through a realtor?
I talked to Steve Hamer at Shorewest Realty and he did not want to make things right.When Scott's contract expired Scott was let go.Scott went to another realty but was let go. He tried it on his own but failed.
This is just like the churches sending their pedophile preists to another church to victimize more people.
there has got to be a higher level of integrity and responsibility.

Until I am made whole and paid foe pain and suffering I will continue to tell people not to buy or sell their homes with Shorewest Realty.
