He has stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars from people like Lisa Cavalli, Jimmy Chen, his father, his mother, Romeo's, joe Martin, his associate in Florida, his drug dealer, his kids, his college buddies, old girlfriends, Dan fivey etc...

I am one of those victims who was defrauded by David "Scott" Cacchione!!!! He is a con-man who's time in federal prison did nothing but make him a worse person. He has absolutley zero conscious and the worst kind of sociopathic narcasist imaginable. His former partner Paul Marquis needs mention here too. Because he is just as bad! Stay Away From Him!!!!!!
