Scott Kelly - Senior Manager Global Strategic Pricing – Global Transaction Banking in Toronto Ontario has invested in fraudulent mortgages with disbarred law, Ron Hatcher. Scott Kelly has sworn false affidavits and drafted discharge statements on the mortgages in his name and in the name of his co mortgagee John Gomes . John Gomes claims that he does not know Scott Kelly, has not authorized Scott Kelly to draft discharge statements bearing his name and has not received any money from Scott Kelly on the mortgages.
