I ENTERED INTO A CONTRACT WITH MR. MICKELSON BACK IN 2009 FOR A SHORT TERM INVESTMENT OF $20,000.00 WITH A PAYBACK OF 5% INTEREST WITHIN 6 MONTHS
WELL HERE IT IS 2015 AND ALL I GOT WERE MAYBE 8 DEPOSITS OF $100 WHICH DOES NOT EVEN COVER THE INTEREST EXPECTED TO EARN
ONE CAN SAY I HAVE BEEN VERY PATIENT WITH MR. MICKELSON BUT I HAVE RUN OUT.
HE HAS GIVEN ME MORE EXCUSES THAN I CHILD CAN GIVE FOR NOT HAVING MY MONEY + INTEREST.
HE WANTS TO PUT THE BLAME ON HIS "FRIEND" KEVIN WHICH FOR SOME REASON DOES NOT MATTER TO ME SINCE MY DEAL WAS WITH HIM.
I AM PUTTING THIS OUT THERE TO WARN ANYONE WHO MIGHT BE CONSIDERING DOING BUSINESS WITH MR. MICKELSON IN ANY FORM OF REAL ESTATE DEAL.
HE IS A MORTGAGE BROKER ON TOP OF IT.
I DON'T BELIEVE IT SHOULD TAKE 6 + YEARS TO GET MONEY BACK THAT WAS GIVEN IN GOOD FAITH.
THIS WAS MY FIRST ENDEAVOR TO INVEST IN A FLIP THAT FLOPPED.
BEWARE, HE HAS THE GIFT TO BLOW SMOKE UP YOUR BUTT AND HE WILL DO ANYTHING AND SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO BELIEVE IN HIM AND TO DO BUSINESS WITH HIM AND ALL I CAN SAY IS "DON'T"
IF THERE IS ANYONE ELSE OUT THERE THAT HAS HAD A BAD DEALING WITH MR. MICKELSON, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME

I helped out Nina in her time of need many times, I helped her daughter with employment, and regarding the matter she is referencing- her investment for Real Estate flips, my businer parter at the time, Kevin Allberton was handling this specific transaction.
I have been in contact with Nina and her brothers in Las Vegas. She owes me money as well. This is deflamation of character and I would like a resolution to the matter. Kevin owes us both over $50,000 combined. He has left the State of Arizona after this and Ive been unable to locate or get in contact with him.
I would appreciate any help locating him.

Mr. Mickelson has reached out to me with a new proposal to take care of this outstanding debt he has to me from a deal gone wrong via a 3rd party by the name of Kevin Albritton. I had this name spelled incorrectly in previous posts but have it correct now.
He are signing a new promisory note that will get me paid off in a reasonable amount of time.
I am hoping that making this announcement will help him get work to allow him to pay me back. I trust people until they give me reason not too. I feel I owe this to Scott.

I guess a snake will always bite you when it gets a chance.
Though I tried to give him the benifit of the doubt, I once again got bit.
Scott Mickelson is being sought after by other people he owes money to. Apparently this is his method of operation.
I thought he would do the right thing but why would I expect that from someone who seems to have an excuse everytime you talk with him, blames others for his shortcomings and lies about everything.
So far he has told me that his uncle died and left him money, his girlfriend #3 through his phone and broke it on her way out the door (smart girl), his wife left him without a means to make money, he changed jobs and so on and so on.
My point is that he will never change so if I can offer you any advise it would simply be, DO NOT TRUST HIM

Scott Mickelson has promised me one more time that he will make good on this deal.
As for Mr. Albrighton, he is the theif that cost both Scott & I all this grief.
At least Scott is trying to make good. I can't say that for Albrighton
