Poor Scott is dredging up stuff best left alone. A mutual acquaintance of our let me know this had been dug up again in August of 2008 -- we parted company with Mr. Morris and Mr. Garcia many years ago. I've almost forgot what slime they both are -- I've tried to forget that part of my life.

I stand by all of my comments on this site -- they were certainly more recent than the video he has of myself and my husband. This video was made during the usual start-up time, where things were rosey -- before they showed their true colors.

Scott can be a real charmer when he wants something, but then -- he is a crook without a conscience. If you're reading this because you want to know if Scott and Matt can be taken at their word -- they cannot be. They are both convicted felons -- that is a matter of record. They both lie, cheat, and steal.

Do business with them at your own risk. And BTW Scott, life is grand without you!!

I could not figure out how to post a video on this site, but if you have read this ridiculous complaint by Mark and Judy LaPoint, then you have to take the time to watch their video testimonial.

The video features me (Scott Morris) the guy they seem to hate and Judy and Mark LaPoint. This video proves what my previous rebuttal says that they are mad not over anything TREN did or did not do, but over something completely different.

To see the video, please go to YouTube.com and type in the search field Matt Garcia Seminars. This will bring up a bunch of video and you will have to look for the one of Mark and Judy being interviewed by me in a lush tropical garden on Biscayne Bay in Miami.

We had invited them down for a paid vacation because they had done so well with our program. It was 3 degrees in Breckenridge, CO at the time so we paid their airfare, hotel, and if anyone is interested, I also have a bunch of pictures of all of us in one of those long black cars going out to dinner, and at dinner with me, Matt, my wife and several others.

Mark and Judy are liars and cheaters and have without cause or conscience deliberately published damaging lies about me, my company and my former partner. It's unfair and it sucks, and I can only hope that they are so personally damaged by what they have done that they are never able to have sex again. But that's probably the case anyway.

Having read the rebuttal Mr. Morris has posted to my report about the Real Estate Network, and finding that rebuttal to contain misrepresentations and inaccuracies, and continuing to have promises made by Scott A. Morris go unfulfilled, I would not believe a word Morris has written or said at any time.

If reports are true that Morris and his partner are felons convicted of fraud, the proper authorities need to be notified to help protect other consumers. Any additional information that can be posted regarding reported convictions of Mr. Morris and his partner, Matt Garcia, would be helpful. At the very least, it appears that there is a pattern of unfulfilled promises and withholding of refunds by this company which should be investigated by law enforcement.

As any rational person can discern, Scott's attacks on me and my husband are an attempt to deflect his own inadequacies as a business man of integrity. He has cheated thousands of people out of the "dream" he fist sells them. He promises wealth and riches and mentoring, and delivers nothing. He and Matt scheme to bilk honest people out of their life-savings. Believe me when I say, I have proof. Several of us are in the process of compiling criminal charges against Matt and Scott -- so if Rip-Off wants to facilitate a session bring it on. Who would you believe -- a convicted felon, or a regular stand-up kind of person. Look at this web-site folks. Scott bad mouths everyone who confronts him with the truth -- that's his way -- he actually believes his own lies. Pitiful really.

This is Scott Morris again from TREN. One thing I forgot to mention about Judi that could give some insight to her real character is the way she handles problems.

In my previous post I talked about a business venture in which both myself and my partner and Judi and Mark lost about $100K each as a result of mismanagment and embezelment by our managing partner.

I have several emails where Judi says that she is in favor of hiring "Uncle Guido" to "break his knees", and "Why don't we use a baseball bat on him".

This is how Judi solves her problems. Oh, and with internet posts designed for only one purpose, to hurt inocent and honerable people. She will never have to answer to any of the stuff she posts on the internet. It's the nature of the medium.

My name is Scott A. Morris and I am one of the founders of The Real Estate Network. I am very proud of the work my partner and I do and am particularly proud that of the many students we have trained only 3 have complained. As with any company, we have disatisfied customers, but usually that is not because we did not perform as promised, but because the customer did not perform as required.

In the case of Mark and Judi I'd like to set the record straight. There are several lies and inacuracies in their complaint. Judi claims to have requested her money back. This never happened, in fact they did so well with our program that we invited them down to Miami for an all expense paid vacation where they also gave us a video testimonial detailing how great Matt and Scott are and hour great our program is. This was at least a year after they attended our boot camp in Denver. Further Judi claims to have asked or demanded that we remove her testimonial from our web site trenetwork.com . This also never happened. Judi can not produce one shred of evidance that shows her making this request.

The real reason that Judi and Mark are upset is because they invested along with us $100K in a business that failed. Our managing partner missmanaged and embezeled all of our money. We were silent partners just like them, but when the money was lost Judi became so furious that she has stated to me that she will make it her life's work to make my life miserable.

I have moved on from this financial loss, Judi needs to as well. She is the one who has threatened me with a class action sute. One of my employess supplied Judi with the entire list of our students and she has been gathering support form disgruntled students around the country to join her in this unfair action. Anyone who has ever attended our boot camps knows that Matt and I give it 110% and pour it on and do everything in our power to help our students succeed.

Some people think it is our job to pick up the phone and call them to see how they are doing. We require that if a student needs help they need to call or email us so that we can evaluate their sutuation and make recomendations. Judi and Mark will apear in court next week in a small claims action they brought against one of our students who promised to pay their closing costs for a house purchase. When she was unable to pay, Matt and I agreed after much debate to pay the money to satisfy the debt.

We made the mistake of not getting them to sign a release so they thought they could take it to court and win the money again. What they don't know is that we will be there with email evedence and cancled check confirmation to rebut her lies and not allow this corrumpt person to prevail against our innocent young student. Judi and Mark are liars and thieves.

I will meet them any time anywhere in front of a mediator to debate any of these issues. In fact, I challenge RIP OFF'S.COM to organize it. This could be a first and the beginning of a new venture for this web site. If you met these two you would instantly fall in love with them, they seem so real and true. A year ago I would have characterized their behavior as "understandibly upset", but they are good people. I no longer feel that way.

If they had a legal case against us they would taken us to court, but all they can do is take the cowardly route and post untrue and unkind statements about two good people and their company. Judi will be happy to learn that her posts have cost us plenty of money. But in the end it's not money that will save the day, but truth, and truth is on my side. She will continue to live a misserable life in the mountains of Breckenridge with her gutless husband Mark. Can you imagine anything worse. Matt and I will continue to help people achieve their dreams and live a happy and prosperous life.
