This negative report about us was written by the Owner of Ydraw because he is mad that we asked him time and time again to take down a video of ours that they uploaded at first on their Youtube channel.  Here is the link of the same video on my channel all 100% owned by me  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JrE7dIYNm88.  2 years ago they asked if they could use it to promote our animation services through them (which they would outsource to us).  I gave them permission to use it at first but then when it did not yield any results after about 6 months or so,  I told them to take it down.  Jace, the owner of Ydraw literally refused to take it down even after multiple notices from me.  Eventually, i just reported them to youtube and youtube removed their upload of our video.  And that just made Ydraw's owner more mad. I thought that it would end there but then they uploaded it again on their website this past month when they revamped their new website to compete with ours.  And so I emailed him again about it.  So not really knowing how to handle it, I just asked for advice on a recent face book post from those connected to me and somehow they saw it and got mad again.  

He is also mad because we now offer our clients white board animation services as well. And for this he thinks we are a dessaster to work with I suppose.  I guess he can't take the competition.  If we all followed his wisdom this would not be America, where we can enjoy several resaurante choices, several movies from many different production companies etc.  There are hundreds of white board video companies out there and he thinks that Ydraw is the only one with the right to make them.  We do them in our own way along with all the other services that we provide such as story boarding, animation, character design work and so forth.  We use a different system, different artists and offer it at a lesser price than what they do and.  And I guess that is what makes him so mad.

I told him that he can use our video on his website as long as it's with the link to our own youtube video where we had uploaded it stating on there that "one of our artists worked on this video for Golden Street and we can offer the same thing as well."  We did that same thing with a couple of their videos that we had provided artwork for sharing the link on Facebook and our website stating something like..."Here is a video that our quick draw artists designed for another whiteboard company...and so on"  And then shared the video link from their own website or youtube channel.   http://www.quickdrawservices.com/#!videos/cngp

Anyway that is my side of the story.  He thinks we ripped him off for offering white board animation services as well. You be the judge.  We are proud of the work we do and it is our own, it is not stolen from any other company.
