scott wizzig swe homes i have copies of all my money orders and swe homes tells me I owe two payments plus late fees, they tell me I have to show who cashed the money orders, this has been going on since I brought this property 2 years ago, I have paid over 15,ooo.oo and still my principle has not gone down one cent. first they tell me they are holding my payments till I get caught up or they will fore close. there foreclosure letters go out automatic every month whether you've paid or not. I would sure like to sue them this cannot be legal. houston Texas

eevery month this company adds late charges to my note, on this house that I brought from them. If you use the night deposit for your payments, they do not get posted to your account. They lie to you and tell you that you the payment was used for other fees and you still owe that payment, but they can never tell you what the other fees are.I am missing over 1600.00 on two of my payments they are threatening to forclose because they say they sent the payments back to me, what a lie. I show them copies of my payments and they tell me I have to show them who cashed them. Three month ago they did the same thing with two other payments, I paid 5000.00 and they tell me they made a mistake and I am still behind,. I am ready to sue you cannot get caught up with these people. amanda houston, texas

I do want to appoligize to swe homes scott wizzig, I finally got my problem taken care of after 3 trys. it seems the people I was speaking to, were not reading the reports correctly. I finnally spoke to a nice gentleman by the name of alex he looked at my report and explained in detail every payment applied and owed. I want you to please accept my appology for thinking the company was trying to get over on me. And thank you you alex for letting me know where my payments are going. amanda hill
