it is the typical real estate seminar...need to go further and pay more...so I did...i wanted real change and it is possible
so i went to the addtionally paid event....2wice to get my assistant up to speed after i took it....so she would understand
i completed the training x 2 paid $1279 or whatever it was...est. $2500 plus phone mentoring $500 cuz i couldnt afford BOOTS ON THE GROUND
I additionally paid another $500 in the training for extra help and support....
I am out $3500 to what they said if you complete the training open a biz name and flip one property in 6 months you will get a refund of all money paid...
I additionally sent in the pictures for the bonus of before and after...
THEY DO NOT WANT TO HONOR THEIR TUITION REFUND POLICY OR BONUSES THEY OFFER....
IT IS A SCAM THEY ARE NOT THERE TO SUPPORT YOUR EDUCATION OR TO HELP YOU SUCCEED....
THEY WANT YOUR MONEY ONLY....AND LEAVE YOU HANGING....
THEIR FINANCING OR THE 750K CONFIRMED FUNDING IS A SCAM...
YOU CAN ONLY USE IT IF YOU HAVE A BUYER IN PLACE SO ESSENTIALLLY IT IS WORTHLESS FUNDING BUT A LETTER...
THEY NEED TO SEND ME A CHECK FOR MY EARNED TUITION REIMBURSMENT PLUS INTEREST...A CHECK FOR $4,000
