Sean Borca of the Florida Conservatory of Music Abruptly Closed Down His Studio and Not Paid the Teachers Jacksonville Florida

Be careful with this guy called Sean Borca. He opened a studio in Jacksonville Florida for almost 10 years. While managing this studio called The Florida Conservatory of Music he kept almost 300 credit card numbers, billed the parents unscrupulously, charged them against their credit cards numerous times in a month. This owner also leaves confidential information about parents' social security numbers out in the open on the front desk. This person is unethical, disrespectful and rude to customers who call to cancel lessons or who would like to leave messages for the teachers. Sean also is unavailable so many times that queries and questions from clients won't be answered. In the span of ten years, Sean Borca had a myriad of angry and dissatisfied customers so that the BBB rating of his business was so mediocre and negative. On the other hand, Sean also did not pay the teachers the exact amount that they were entitled. He would short them and not pay them right. He did not care about the welfare of the teachers and the students and was more concerned with making money off the music lessons he supposedly offered that in were in line with curriculum of the royal conservatory of canada. Who knows what credentials he has to even open a music business.

Also Sean mismanaged the studio by not keeping up with the cleanliness of the studio. The bathrooms were so filty and the pianos were full of dust. Last 3 weeks ago, he declared that he was divorcing but he would "rebuild" the studio. However, the checks he paid the teachers bounced. After bouncing paychecks and not paying the teachers he announced to be closing the studio and outrightly told the teachers he did not have money to pay them even if he already charged all the parents for the month of June. This is a warning to everyone! Do not deal with this person named Sean Borca! He is a scam artist. He might even open up a studio in Canada...though if he did run as fast as you can. He already defrauded a lot of people so watch out for this con artist on the loose!
