Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

The service agreement states they will replace the covered item if more than 3 product failures occur in a 12 month period. Sears Service Department, claims that I do not have 5 individual product failure, because the last 3 are on the same service order, because the technician can not properly diagnose the problem. So I am not entitled to the No Lemon Replaicement. My argument is that the last three items are non-related, and thus I am entintled...

i had the same problem with a dishwasher i brought at sears.the serviceman was at my house three different times and try fixing three different things but dishwasher still wouldnt work. so i called the main office in ohio and explained to them that i wanted a new dishwasher and the gentleman from ohio actually called the store branch where i originally brought the dishwasher and w had a 3 way phone conversation and she made good on getting me another brand new dishwasher.when you call the 800 number for customer service tell them you want to speak with someone in the main office in ohio.hope this will help it did for me.....
