Sears Canada our elite range brokedown on december 28 ,2009 and we are still waiting for repairs can't cook? bellevile , Ontario

on dec28/2009 we decided to clean our sears elite ($1933.00) oven witch is automatic. press a button and cleaning started.


BUT instead everything went haywire and the lights all lite up and it died.


we called sears Belleville Ont. , service dept. and were advised that a service man would not come until Friday January 8,2010. so we waited two seniors in our mid seventies, repair man chose up can't fix the stove so he leaves to return on January 13,2010 whit a part which he installs but no dice.


we the advised that the new part needed would arrive January 18,2010 and be installed on the 19, got a call today (18) maybe on the 19???


we have insurance and repairs with sears and we want a new range.

sears technican has just left our home and he says systems are cooked

 

have to be replaced and this should take 3 weeks to get parts.

thats 6 weeks without a stove?????
