I purchased a craftsman riding mower new in 01, have had to replace blades at least 8 times due to bending. Sears tells me that they only sell "mulching" blades for my mower. These are junk and bend if they strike so much as a twig. Also, after sitting all winter, I tried to start it. It turned over a few times, then nothing. I charged the battery, (battery is good), all it will do is make a very slight clicking sound when ignition is turned. I direct connected the starter to make sure it was good, it turned over fine. Could someone tell me if this is probably the ignition bad, or selenoid? Ignition could
easily be replaced, however I have no idea where the selenoid is located. Any help would be appreciated.. reply directly to "jim@" (Please click on the Rebuttal button to reply.)
