Sears Credit Cards - Citibank Ripoff keep on adding late fees even after full payment they do not talk on phone The Lakes Nevada

CREDIT SCORE GETTING EFFECTED I recieved a letter from Gc services collection agency that i owe $205.21 to Citibank/sears which i paid immediately and asked for a copy of the original bill from sears and close my account.

I never got the original bill INSTEAD they sent me a new bill with some $28 with $159.38 as intesrest and finance charge. when i called Sears to tell them that i have already paid the balance of $205.21 on this account they told me to talk to Citibank/Sears cards. I tried to talk to Citibank but they tell me they don't have any information and that the account has been closed. I kept on getting bills with added up finance charges from Sears. Finally i tried to reach the collection agency itself and they told me to ignore the bills because the account has been paid in full and it has been closed and that Sears might not have updated the records but it will be updated soon.

Now, this saturday i received a harassing call from another collection agency that i owe money to sears.
I don't know what to do here...anyone...any help???
