This is the letter that I wrote to Sears

Dear Customer Service,

CONFIRMATION # 11160000334
SALES CHECK # 093221090390

After several attempts to resolve this order issue ...I'm writing you because your team cant seem to call me back with any answers.

I placed my order on Nov. 18 after calling your Sears Outlet # .I needed the items ASAP and was willing to drive any where in Fl. to pick them up. Your staff had no luck finding any so they suggested to place my order on line. Which I did...It said I should receive my order around the 23rd to the 25th of Nov. but that they couldn't confirm shipment until they located the product. I received a confirmation that my order will ship and my card will be charged.that being a few weeks later I did
see the 500.79 charged to my Visa .I tried clicking the tracking info with no results. I had called the # on my confirmation e-mail thinking I would get some help. But I was made to feel more reluctant in receiving my order after mentioning the word ''OUTLET" One person even said ''good Luck'' .I've been passed on and passed on ...promised return phone calls
back from MANAGERS...with NO RETURN CALLS .I even called the store where they were too ship from.WITH NO RETURN CALLS .I was helped by Candy(very nice) on Dec 8th she spoke to a manager and apologized for the delay but
said the manager said they would ship ASAP .I waited until the 22nd or the 23rd because of Xmas and the mail.
I was told that it looked as thou they had shipped but that no tracking # was ever created...but with an hr on the phone they gave me the shipping store #4994 and a phone # after she tried calling tehm while I was on hold with no answer and I was able to get throu but they didnt return my call. I was just talking to a manager at around 11;30 on 1-3-2011 when we got disconnected ... you would think the manager that had my # in front of her would have done the professional thing and call
me back ,but NO . As you can see I am a very patient person WHO WANTS ANSWERS !

NOW I was told for the second time that my case would have to be reviewed and that someone would call me back within 48 hrs.Why should I be surprised !!!! NO ONE CALLED ME BACK ! I did recieve an email stating that they couldnt find the item # So I just went on Sears.com web site and typed in Bistro set and the same set that I paid for came up Sears
item # 80114 item # CAC-228 Brand Garden Oasis
