August 13, 2018 Sears Repair Service showed up at 11{06 and departed at 11:27am to replace a safety switch that cost $51.68 however it was not the correct switch which was not the correct one but the repairman said it would work because the wiring was a little different and longer.  It would take a week or twoto order the correct one and there would be a cost to that!  We were told that the Diagnostic fee of $89.00 plus parts and labor but not told it would run$200.

We also had a 20% discount but only received zdiscount of 410.38 out of a total bill of $200.88!

DIAGONSTIC FEE $89.00

DOOR LID SWITCH  $96.00  WHY WAS CHARGED THIS CHARGE WHEN THE SWITCH WAS $5.89

CUPON DIDCOUNT $37.00

TAX ON LABOR $8.88

LABOR 156.88 FOR 21 MIN FROM THE TIME HE DROVE INTO MY DRIVEWAY AND FINISHED THE JOB!  THIS IS EXCESSIVE CHARGE AND A RIPOFF

The orginal estimat was not at stated $200.00 as that price was never disclosed.

This Kenmore is not gold and I feel I was excessively gouged and got Ripped Off.  I do not recommend you call Sears in FL as they do not stock parts on their truck like they use to and over charge the customer after taking advantage of a senior citizen.
