We arrive at 12:54 at the Sears Auto Tire Center to replace "one" tire, that according to other mechanics in the valley takes only 10 minutes to change.

After waiting at the reception for 15 minutes we found all  customer service employees in the back of the store; finally two customer service employees came in to the reception area and asked "Can we help you". I approached the Supervisor in- charge and asked for the type of tire i needed which later he gave me a receipt and said and i quote "it only takes 40 minutes to replace the tire" . i  replied by saying "i will take a short lunch and came back within an 1 hour " . We came back around 2:30 the reception AGAIN was empty with a line of 7 people waiting for customer service , And i saw my vehicle in the same spot were we parked without the new tire, so My husband went to the back of the store to find the Supervisor who was wasting work hours and laughing and having a great time with the other rest of the Sears employees, My husband approached him and asked him "why is my vehicle still not ready. the tire only takes at least 15 minutes to replace"!! So the manager ran to another guy and said go for the vehicle and replace the tire. He promised it would take only a few minutes, WHY he did not replace it within  the frame of time he promised us? So we came back to the reception and waited for another 30 minutes but no employee apoched us to let us know if our car was ready or not. My husband again went back to the back of the store to find the Supervisor wich was no where to be found wich later we found out was taking his lunch but our vehicle was parked with the new tire  alreardy installed SO why did  no one come and tell us it was done, after 5 minutes husband grew irritated by your supervising employee wich was a coward for Leaving his employees to deel with angery customers . We told this customer service employee that we needed our Keys for our car so we could leave but told us he did not know where are keys where. so i asked him for a discount at least for all the time HIS supervisor put us thru and and he said no you need to call and ask for discount!! but he sounded a bit to menacing almost like being a bit agressive! My husband needed to be at work at 3:00 pm and needed to  drive back to the valley. IS THIS BECAUSE WE ARE HISPANICS?? OR ARE WE NOT AMERICAN ENOUGH TO BE SERVICED BY YOUR COWERDELY, RUDE AND LAZY EMPLOYEES. is this how Sears treats its customers who are hispanic !!! i will never shop again at Sears Stores they HAVE the Worst Customer Service I HAVE EVER SEEN!. And I will suggest TO ANY ONE WHO ASKS ME ABOUT SEARS TO NOT SHOP THERE.

Sears has the worst auto service and it is not because of your race. I had a very similar experience with them...25 years ago and I do not belong to a minority. I made the same decision you made and haven't been back since the terrible service. The only way to handle bad service is to do what you are doing: 1) don't return and 2) make a valid complaint. But leave the race portion out, it diminishes your credibility.
