Sears/Citibank credit card Sherwin Williams Longmont Colorado Kay and Kay Spraying Loveland Colorado my credit card number was stolen from Sears website and used to purchase items at Sherwin Williams by Kay and Kay Spray Loveland, Longmont, Sioux Falls Colorado, Colorado, South Dakota

My credit card number was used in June 2018 to buy items at Sherwin Williams in Longmont Colorado by Kay and Kay Spraying in Loveland Colorado. When I received the bill from Sears Citibank credit card, I disputed the charges. They required proof that I did not purchase these items at Sherwin Williams. I submitted proof that the signature on the credit card slip is not mine. I also submitted a written statement that the charges were not made by me or anyone authorized by me.

However, the credit card company is still holding me responsible for the charges. Several years ago this same thing happened to me with a Chase credit card. Chase asked me if I made certain unauthorized charges and I told them that I did not. They removed the charges.

Sears admitted in 2017 that they were hacked and credit card numbers were stolen, yet they claim no one was affected or reported fraud as a result. I reported that my credit card was fraudulently used.

Instead of going after the person or persons who commited the fraud, they are squeezing me for the payment.
