Seattle Coffee Direct, Global Coffee Direct Charged Me More Than Just What I Ordered! Never Refunded Money! Evanston Illinois

I bought some coffee through this company one time only to have them send out 5 more coffee orders that I DID NOT order. I ordered one bag of coffee only to then get a call from the fraud department of my bank a few days later. My bank informed me of 5 suspicious withdrawals from Global Coffee Direct, I was stunned to learn that they had been automatically deducting large sums of money from my account and sending out coffee that I had NOT ordered! I did not sign up for any coffee delivery program or sign anything that said I had to cancel a subscription. All I did was order ONE bag of coffee! Now I am barely able to make my monthly bills because they deducted so much money from my account!

I contacted them immediately and was told that if I did not accept the coffee when it arrived via UPS i would get a refund as soon as it was returned to them. After having to make 5 separate trips to UPS to return the unopened packages of coffee i had not ordered and waiting over 2 weeks for them to receive them and "process" the refund I still saw no refund. I have called at least once a week now for nearly 2 months each time getting told by a manager that I will get a refund in 7-10 days, I even got multiple "refund conformation emails" but my bank account has NEVER been credited.

I am in the process of filing legal charges and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! It is a scam!
