Seattle Coffee Direct.com Refund delays and runaround Evanston, Illinois

Ordered one of the trial deals that is offered, and got $80+ charge on the credit card. Called them and they agreed to refund the charge. That has been over 90 days ago, and still no refund. They have used the excuses that the transfer back into the account wouldn't go through, and that "the check has been mailed", plus numerous others. Finally called todayand said if the money isn't in the account by close of business Friday, I'll be contacting the bbb both in Illinois and here where I live, and also a lawyer to see if they can straighten it out.
