they are full of excuses as to why they can not close this month or next.....

Blamed the lender (Provident Funding) for missing the 1st closing date (May 25th)....

Two days before 2nd month closing(June 25th) we were informed that they could not give us all the credits that were promised originally (they could do it last year, but not this year......LOL, LOL..what a joke).

Now going into 3rd month and yet to see an official HUD statement from them....I really don't think they can deliver what they promise. They just offer low rate to get you in, and after they get your money for appraisal, they keep changing the terms....

I'll let you know what excuse they are coming up with next month......WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY!!!!!
